The Castle Hotel Neath

I truly enjoyed the stay, good value. The service was very efficient and the rooms were fully-equipped and brand-new with a large ensuite bathroom and a generous sized full bath plus four poster bed.

The room cleanliness needed attention!!! The parking situation is frustrating!!! The bathroom fixtures require proper maintenance!!! Increased efforts to address complaints would benefit future guests!!!

The location was great for exploring, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of options. The staff were friendly. It seemed like we got great value for our stay.

My kids wished for a bit more soundproofing, as noise from the bar next door kept us up at night. A quieter atmosphere would be ideal for families needing a good night's sleep.

I enjoyed my stay ! The staff were great with their hospitality, and the atmosphere was warm and cute. The food in the restaurant was really good, especially the Beef & trimmings. Make sure to try their breakfast for a great start to the day!

The room was really spacious and nicely decorated. I loved the four-poster bed-it added a cool touch! The bathroom was decent too, just big enough. Everything was super clean, nice. But, I noticed some wallpaper was lifting, just a little annoying. Though, it felt good to be there!

The staff was beyond friendly, especially that one waiter who went outta his way for our dietary needs, bringing vegan butter just for me. The breakfast? It was fantastic. Those veggi sausages were the highlight of the morning!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly, it was acceptable for what we got.
